Combining hypnotherapy with psychotherapy is a unique approach that enables deep, long lasting healing.

Many of my clients have tried other talking therapies before and although they understand many of their issues they still don’t actually feel better. Others are completely new to therapy but want to dive in to deep healing!

My approach is trauma informed, somatic (a focus on body, feelings and emotions) and holistic (spirituality is welcomed). It often includes parts work, regression and inner child healing.

The psychotherapeutic approach means that we will aim to find and heal at the root cause of what you are experiencing, as the subconscious mind and body remembers everything we’ve been through. We use hypnotherapy to do this.

Hypnotherapy involves going into a relaxed state in which your conscious mind is quiet, allowing you to explore subconscious thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions without over thinking. We often find that although our adult self feels one way there is a part of us that may be stuck in the past. Hypnotherapy allows us to find and help this part.

You are in control throughout (it feels a bit like a meditation or guided visualisation) and I am there to guide and support you.

Each session is individual and tailored to you and your needs.
